CHAPTER CHIEF

* Consults with Advisor in advance of monthly chapter meeting.
* Prepares agenda in advance of monthly chapter meeting.
* Makes sure that all chapter officers are prepared for the chapter meeting.
* Get guest lecturers or experts as needed.
* Runs monthly chapter meeting.
*  Runs annual planning meeting.
* Attends all chapter and lodge functions.
* Attends monthly Lodge Executive Committee Meeting (Downtown Scout Office).
? Responsible for all his Vice Chiefs
? Corresponds frequently with the Lodge Chief


CHAPTER VICE CHIEF of  PROGRAM

* Next in line when Chapter Chief can not be present.
* Responsible for camping promotion and Troop visitation in the District.
* Responsible for scheduling unit visitations (1 per year).
* Responsible for a District resource on where to go camping.
* Keep records of past Camporees for historical purposes as resource for future Camporee
   planning.
* Responsible for the ceremonial site setup at OA functions.
* Responsible for all Chapter Equipment.
* Attends all chapter and lodge functions including Lodge Executive Committee Meetings
? Corresponds frequently with the Lodge Vice Chief of Program
? Responsible for Chapter part of Lodge Activities as assigned


CHAPTER VICE CHIEF of INDIAN AFFAIRS

* Next in line when the Chapter Chief and the Vice Chief of Program can not be present.
* Responsible for setting up ceremonial teams for the Pre Ordeal, Ordeal and Brotherhood.
* Responsible for scheduling ceremonial team practice.
* Responsible for calling people for practice.
* Responsible for knowing who will be at functions for ceremonies and who will be doing
   ceremonies.
* Establish ceremonial team leaders (usually Allowat Sakima) 1 per ceremonial team.
* Know who can do what parts and how well they know the part.
* Attends all chapter and lodge functions.

CHAPTER VICE CHIEF of ADMINISTRATION

* Next in line when Chapter Chief, Vice Chief of Program and Vice Chief of Indian Affairs can
   not be present.
* Distributes How to Hold an Election at the Roundtable.
* Schedules election with the Scoutmaster in each unit in his district.
* Schedules election team to hold election in each unit
? Keep Chapter database on membership, activities, attendance and performances.
* Keep all computerized records for the chapter.
* Keeps records of election results by Unit.(Reports this to Lodge V.C of Elections)
* Keep records of candidates Taped Out.
* Tabulates the election results and turns them over to the Lodge V.C of Administration.
* Attend all Chapter and Lodge Functions.
? Corresponds frequently with Lodge Vice Chief of Administration.
? Does Extended Elangomat training & provides Extended Elangomats at Ordeals.
? Knowledge & Training sessions for the Chapter.


CHAPTER VICE CHIEF of COMMUNICATIONS

* Next in line when Chapter Chief, Vice Chief of Program, Vice Chief of Indian Affairs and
   Vice Chief of Administration can not be present.
* Gather and write up information for the Quiver & spirit.
* Keeps Chapter bead recognition program.
* Keeps up with who goes through Ordeal, Brotherhood and Vigil.
* Attends all Chapter and Lodge functions.
? Corresponds frequently with the Lodge Vice Chief of Communications
? Takes Pictures at events.
? Keeps minutes of Chapter meetings
? Keeps Chapter History (Chapters may want an additional Vice Chief to do this job)


CHAPTER VICE CHIEF of CUB PROGRAMS
                    (OPTIONAL OFFICE)

* Responsible for setting up Cub Ceremonial Teams & Cub Dance Teams.
* Responsible for scheduling Cub Ceremonies (Gigs) & Dance Team practice.
* Responsible for calling people for practice.
* Helps to train dancers on the Dance Teams.
* Calls Team Leaders to schedule Cub Gigs.
* Responsible for equipment used in the Cub Program.
* Attend all Chapter and Lodge functions.
