* Establish ceremonial team leaders (usually Allowat Sakima) 1 per
ceremonial team.
* Know who can do what parts and how well they know the part.
* Attends all chapter and lodge functions.

* Schedules election team to hold election in each unit

* Keeps records of election results by Unit.(Reports this to Lodge
V.C of Elections)
* Keep records of candidates Taped Out.
* Tabulates the election results and turns them over to the Lodge V.C
of Administration.
* Attend all Chapter and Lodge Functions.

* Keeps up with who goes through Ordeal, Brotherhood and Vigil.
* Attends all Chapter and Lodge functions.

? Takes Pictures at events.

* Responsible for setting up Cub Ceremonial Teams & Cub Dance Teams.
* Responsible for scheduling Cub Ceremonies (Gigs) & Dance Team
practice.
* Responsible for calling people for practice.
* Helps to train dancers on the Dance Teams.
* Calls Team Leaders to schedule Cub Gigs.
* Responsible for equipment used in the Cub Program.
* Attend all Chapter and Lodge functions.
